Midé is an advanced engineering company based in Woburn, Massachusetts, specializing in smart material technology and mechatronics, serving a wide range of markets including; Automotive, Aerospace, Marine, Defense, and Industry. This transaction will significantly expand Hutchinson’s materials science and system capabilities as well as enable a better positioning to address emerging trends while contributing to Hutchinson’s portfolio.
Hutchinson anticipates the merger will result in fruitful synergies and focused value creation for both existing and new customers.
